George Ramdial a accept\u00e9 de vendre son unit\u00e9 \u00e0 Lana Salmon. Mme Salmon voulait vivre dans l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 avec son fils de 13 ans, mais la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a alors fait des efforts pour l&#8217;emp\u00eacher de le faire. Mme Salmon n&rsquo;a finalement pas achet\u00e9 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La commission d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate a conclu que Mme Salmon s&rsquo;\u00e9tait vu refuser l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;occupation de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 en raison de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge et de la situation familiale. Il lui a accord\u00e9 des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats en cons\u00e9quence.
