(1985)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cette affaire contestait une loi ontarienne qui emp\u00eachait une femme mari\u00e9e de donner \u00e0 son enfant son nom de famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le FAEJ a parrain\u00e9 la contestation de Catherine Paul et David Wright devant la Cour supr\u00eame de l\u2019Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Catherine Paul et David Wright souhaitaient donner \u00e0 leur enfant le nom de famille \u00ab Paul \u00bb, mais la l\u00e9gislation ontarienne les a emp\u00each\u00e9s de le faire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Argumentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mme Paul, parrain\u00e9e par le FAEJ, a soutenu que la loi violait ses droits \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 en vertu de <em>l&rsquo;art. 15 de la Charte<\/em>.
