La Cour supr\u00eame a souscrit \u00e0 notre argument selon lequel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaf.ca\/case_summary\/janzen-v-platy-enterprises-ltd-1989%e2%80%af\">le harc\u00e8lement sexuel est une discrimination sexuelle<\/a>.
