She identifies as a Black, trans woman who has been working in feminist organizations since 2022.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mary Vaccaro<\/strong> is a community-based researcher, a consultant for feminist non-profit organizations and faculty member at McMaster University\u2019s School of Social Work.
