Hailee Morrison offers over 20 years of experience in leadership, operations management and organizational development in the nonprofit sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About Hailee Morrison<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hailee Morrison\u2019s extensive career in the nonprofit sector has been fortified by a lifelong passion for, and commitment to, a variety of social issues. She is a senior leader with demonstrated comfort and success in creating and shepherding change within nonprofits. She has a strength in organizational development, problem solving, innovation and execution. Her expertise focuses on developing organizational and management strategies, managing diverse groups of stakeholders and business and resource development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hailee earned a B.A. from the University of Toronto, attended the Richard Ivey School of Business Leadership Program, and later completed a Masters in Business Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can contact Hailee by phone at 416-595-7170, ext. 225 or by email at <a href=\"mailto:h.morrison@leaf.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">h.morrison@leaf.ca.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0It is an honour and privilege to be given the opportunity to be at the helm of such a well-regarded organization. The crisis currently facing Indigenous communities in Canada is a reminder that continued advocacy for human rights and equality for women and girls must remain a priority.
