Karen joins LEAF with a longstanding commitment to feminism, equality, and social justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Karen Segal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining LEAF, Karen practiced as counsel to the Ontario Nurses\u2019 Association and at a prominent labour and human rights law firm. She has advocated for equality and women\u2019s rights in the workplace, addressing sexual harassment, pregnancy accommodation, and accommodation of physical and psychological disabilities, among other issues.
