In May 1992, LEAF provided the Legislative Committee of Parliament with a submission on Bill C-49, An Act Respecting Sexual Assault<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEAF’s submission provided important facts about sexual assault and sexual inequality. It outlined the evolution of Canadian law with respect to sexual assault. It also provided detailed revisions and suggested improvements to Bill C-49, An Act Respecting Sexual Assault<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
